Grief Work
Life is a series of losses but our culture doesn’t support us through these inevitable periods of grief. For some of us, letting go of past hurts doesn’t come easily and we need to regularly, and actively grieve. It can help to develop a relationship with grief so that it is contained. If you’re going through a breakup or divorce, I can help. If you are struggling with any type of loss, I’m here.

Parts Work
Use my ritual bowls in person or as a visual guide over zoom. I will help you identify, communicate with, and harmonize all your parts. You will integrate your internal dynamics for a more balanced and fulfilling life, with the wise inner advocate part taking a central role in navigating and healing the complexities of your inner world.

Walk and Talk
Moving our bodies can help us connect with ourselves. Freud often walked with clients, and research shows walking reduces stress, boosts creativity, and supports emotional processing. In these one-hour sessions, we walk a 3-mile trail in Elysian Park. Reach out for more info!

Self directed healing
We can’t heal alone but only we can truly know what we need. We can use my mental health blocks to explore tools and approaches to healing and take that next step. Sometimes it helps to get organized, set goals and keep track of where you are on the healing path.

On-Set & Story Support
I work directly with film productions at every stage—helping shape accurate portrayals of mental health, keeping sets grounded, creative, and collaborative, and offering trauma-informed guidance for sensitive scenes. My goal is to support stories that reduce stigma and inspire hope, and to make the process of filmmaking less toxic.
